Well at long long last after searching like mad for a place to hold gigs in Salford we finally have one and they actually found us..sods law,
anyway there's info here ( link to salford records myspace ) on how to book a gig and by the looks of it the first gigs will be late April early May, So if your interested in playing a gig then get in touch with Nighty who is running the venues and he will sort it for ya.

April 16th

Heres the stuff you might need to know if you want to play a gig for us at The Crescent Pub here in sunny Salford, just 5 mins walk from Salford Uni and the majority of our audiences will be students. As we all know students dont normally have a pot to piss in, so we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a fee for playing at one of our nights. As its also not about the money to us, but the chance for you too showcase your talents and impress and hopefully help you on your way. But what we can offer you is a captive audience of appreciative music lovers. we are looking to put on at least 3 bands on a night doing a set of 30/45 mins at least each, and our resident dj's Ting N Ting will fill in the rest. If you do think that you can pull in a big enough crowd and fill the place, you can put a fee on the door and we would discuss this with you and work something out. You would need to bring along your own gear, as you probably already know, with the headline band usually providing the drum kit and the support bringing their own breakables, we can provide a PA if required.
